At Cocoon we like to offer our customers the very best service possible, over the last year or so we have been asked a number of questions time and time again,
so here are the answers to save you time in emails.

We have been in the latex business for the last 28 years, we have seen many changes and we are sure there are many changes to come.
We would like to assure our customers that we only produce our garments for sale via our website or retail shop, we do not produce clothing for anyone else, if you are offered an item of clothing manufactured by Cocoon on Ebay or other auction sites chances are it's not one of our garments or it's secondhand.
All our garments are manufactured in our own factory, all our staff are trained by us to the most exacting standards, many have been with us for more than 5 years.
We pride ourselves on our craftsmanship and over the years have developed the most cost effective and reliable process of manufacture.
All latex sheeting used in the manufacture of our goods is manufactured in the UK by 4D Rubber Company who have years of experience producing latex sheeting for the fetish clothing industry. We DO NOT use latex sheeting manufactured in CHINA, INDIA or MALAYSIA. We find this sheeting to fall short of our standards in many respects and therefore we refuse to purchase the cheaper alternative, unfortunately this has one adverse affect in that our production costs remain higher than some of our competitors, but the choice is yours, "take a risk" go for the cheaper brand or "play it safe" and go for quality.
