Payments

Payments must be made with order, we accept all major credit cards
by online order system, email, fax, phone or in person at both shops.

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
If you cancel your order within 7 days of placing it, there's no charge.
If you cancel your order after 7 days we have the right to make a 10%
charge for administration costs.
Orders that are Made to Measure cannot be cancelled after 7 days.

We only accept cheques in £ sterling made payable to COCOON and drawn on a British bank, sorry no US$ checks.

You may also send cash in STERLING or EUROS but please register the envelope as we cannot be held responsible for non delivery.
